Your customer reviews, mined in seconds.

Analyze 1000s of customer reviews in seconds. Upload a CSV or paste reviews — get themes, sentiment, issue clusters, and a fix-it list your team can actually act on. No credit card, your data never leaves your server.

New analysis

CSV columns: title, body/comment, rating (1–5), date, product (optional). Download a sample CSV to try it.

Tip: export reviews from Shopify, Judge.me, Amazon Seller Central, or Google — then upload the CSV. Max 20 MB.

Works with any review export — Shopify · Judge.me · Amazon Seller Central · Google · or your own CSV.

The problem

Reviews are your best data — and nobody is reading them.

Brand managers and agency operators generate hundreds to thousands of reviews a month. Manually reading them to answer "what's broken?", "what should we amplify?", "what do we say?" takes hours per batch, is inconsistent, and never gets done monthly. So issues fester and ad angles go unused.

1

Manual reading is slow

Hours per batch, and the monthly stakeholder report slips every single time.

2

Signal goes unused

Recurring complaints (sizing, shipping, quality) cost returns — and the quotes you'd put in ads stay buried.

3

It's a recurring job

Monthly reporting to stakeholders is a natural subscription — ReviewMine does it in seconds, every month.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What formats do you support?

CSV right now (any review export: Shopify, Judge.me, Amazon Seller Central, Google). XLSX is on the roadmap. You can also paste reviews as plain text.

Is it really "AI"?

ReviewMine v1 runs a deterministic heuristic engine — keyword taxonomy, lexicon sentiment with negation, and rule-based clustering. That means instant, private, and free to run. An optional LLM narrative summary is the v2 upgrade path.

Is my data private?

Yes. Reviews are your own customer data and never leave your server in v1 — no third-party processing, no API calls.

Does it work with Amazon reviews?

Yes — any CSV export works, including Amazon. Native ASIN-mode (paste an ASIN, get a report) is on the roadmap.

What counts as an "analysis"?

One uploaded file (or pasted batch) run through the engine produces one report. Starter includes 5 per month; Pro is unlimited.
